Patrick has worked in a wide range of disputes including companies, claims, trusts disputes, property and contract related litigation. He has also acted in a number of disputes involving administrative and criminal law issues. Patrick has acted in proceedings before both lower Courts, the High Court and Appeal Courts in Ghana. He regularly acts in urgent matters involving injunction hearings, including for search and freezing orders.
Patrick has acted in class actions for both the class of represented persons and the defendant, and conducted large scale litigation. Her experience spans across both private sector companies, as well as public sector clients, including government departments, state-owned businesses and multinational firms. In his corporate practice, He represents foreign and domestic companies , investors, Boards of Directors and individuals in various corporate and business litigation matters.
He has also extensively advised on equity and debt financing and related securities compliance, venture capital, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, start-up ventures and entity formation, business strategy, joint ventures and strategic alliances. In his international practice, Patrick has represented numerous foreign companies and individuals from various countries in debt recovery, company formation, setting up channels, operations and subsidiaries in the Ghana Prior before co founding OSS, he was a senior counsel with a leading law firm in Ghana. He also worked with Standard Chartered Bank as a money Market & Sales Dealer.
